The tools are free.
Judgement is what you buy.

Every GVS tool is a single file that runs in your browser, with no server, no licence check and no account. Anyone can take one and keep it forever — so selling them was never the model. What GVS sells is the thinking around them: a fixed-scope assessment that ends in a decision, a retainer that puts senior judgement on call, and delivery leadership from someone who has run Tier-1 programmes for 25 years.

No price list is published here. Scope drives fee, and a number without a scope is meaningless. What is published, below, is exactly what you are entitled to when GVS falls short — stated before you sign rather than buried in an annexe.

What you can actually buy

Six lines, each with a defined shape. Nothing here is staff augmentation dressed as consulting.

Fixed scope · fixed fee · defined end date

OSS Automation Maturity Assessment

For operators who know automation has stalled but cannot say precisely where. Baselines coverage across fault, configuration and provisioning, maps Order-to-Activate and Trouble-to-Resolve as they actually run, and ends with a ranked, costed backlog.

Fixed scope · fixed fee · defined end date

AI Readiness Assessment

Positions you before the build decision, not after it. Produces an explicit do-not-attempt list alongside the shortlist — which is usually the more valuable half.

Fixed scope · fixed fee · defined end date

Delivery Governance Review

An independent read on whether the committed date is defensible. The IAS Office cockpit is handed over pre-seeded to your context regardless of what the review concludes.

Monthly · cancel at any cycle end

Governance retainer

Senior judgement on call without a headcount commitment. No notice period, no penalty, no lock-in — cancel at the end of any cycle and nothing is owed beyond that cycle.

Per decision point

Architecture & vendor advisory

Vendor selection, RFP evaluation, multi-vendor governance and architecture decisions — scoped to the decision rather than to a period of time.

Agreed gate · full handover pack

Interim delivery leadership

Running the function, not advising it. Exit criteria are agreed at the start so the exit is orderly and the handover is delivered rather than abandoned.

Why the tools are free, and what that means for you

Not a loss-leader trick. A consequence of how they are built.

They cannot be gated

The architecture decides this

A tool with no server, no authentication and no licence check cannot be metered. Adding an enforcement layer would mean adding a server, and a server would mean holding your data — which is the one thing the whole architecture exists to avoid.

They are the proof, not the product

What GVS gets from free

Fourteen working tools are a more honest demonstration of competence than a capability deck. You can open any of them, today, without a form or a demo call, and judge the thinking for yourself before spending anything.

The paid artefact is the design behind them

What is actually sold

The scorecard is free; designing the KPI framework it runs on is not. The RAID log is free; building the governance habit is not. The gate checklist is free; agreeing the criteria that make it defensible is not.

Support, stated honestly

Including the part most firms leave out — what GVS declines to sell.

What is offered
  • Community support — email to info@gvstechnologies.online, free, best effort, no response-time commitment stated
  • Tool configuration — a one-off engagement: the tool pre-seeded to your context, the rubric tailored to your model, a team walkthrough
  • Embedded support — folded into a governance retainer at no separate charge, answered within the retainer's cadence
What is deliberately declined
  • 24×7 or follow-the-sun support
  • Contractual response-time SLAs
  • Managed service or NOC operations
  • Uptime guarantees — there is no service to keep up

A response-time SLA sold by a single-person practice is a promise that breaks on the first holiday, illness or overlapping engagement. Declining it protects the honesty that everything else here rests on.

What you are entitled to when GVS falls short

Stated up front, with the limits attached. Most firms bury this; publishing it shortens the conversation and makes it checkable.

If this happensYou are entitled toThe limit, stated plainly
A tool has a defect A fix or a documented workaround. The tool is free either way, so there is no revenue defending the delay. No warranty, no fitness guarantee, no liability — tools are provided as-is.
Your data is lost Guidance on recovering from your own export. GVS cannot recover data it never held. Export discipline is yours, and it is the only safety net that exists.
An assessment misses agreed scope Rework at no charge, or the fee credited against follow-on work. Applies to agreed scope only — not to findings you dislike.
Findings prove wrong Written re-analysis at no charge. Every score traces to a stated input, so errors are locatable rather than arguable. Recommendations are judgement, not a guarantee of outcome.
A retainer underdelivers Cancel at the end of the cycle. No notice period, no penalty, no lock-in. Fees already earned within that cycle are not refunded.
Interim leadership is not working Exit at an agreed gate with a full handover pack. Notice period as contracted. The handover is delivered, not abandoned.
The founder is unavailable Written notice, revised dates, or release from the engagement. No substitute resource is promised. There is no bench.

Key-person risk, disclosed rather than discovered

GVS is founder-led. One person carries the delivery, and that is a real risk to any programme depending on it. Disclosing it here — with the entitlement attached — converts the biggest reasonable objection from something you find out mid-programme into something you can price at the start.

If continuity matters more to you than seniority, GVS is the wrong choice and will say so in the first conversation rather than the third.

How engagements usually start

Five stages. Most stop at three, and that is a legitimate outcome — the assessment output is yours whether or not anything follows.

STAGE 1

Open a tool

No form, no demo call, no gate. Take any of the fourteen and judge the thinking for yourself.

Costs you nothing
STAGE 2

Have it configured to your context

The tool pre-seeded with your model, your rubric, your KPI targets — plus a walkthrough for the team who will use it.

One-off, quoted to the work
STAGE 3

Commission a fixed-scope assessment

A written baseline and a ranked, costed backlog you own outright, whether or not anything follows.

Fixed fee against a written scope
STAGE 4

Put judgement on retainer

Senior availability against the backlog you now own, without adding headcount. Cancellable at any cycle end.

Monthly
STAGE 5

Have the person who diagnosed it fix it

Delivery or interim leadership. Capacity-bound and taken selectively — GVS will decline rather than overcommit.

Scoped per engagement

What GVS will not claim

Because a commercial page is exactly where firms start rounding upward.

01

One proven industry, not five

Telecommunications carries 25 years of delivered Tier-1 work across Tier-1 network vendors. Banking, Government, Healthcare and Manufacturing are stated as architecture fit — a weaker claim, meant to read as one, and it will stay that way until an engagement exists to change it.

02

No published benchmarks or outcome guarantees

No percentage improvements, no ROI multiples, no case-study numbers that cannot be traced to a named engagement. If a figure appears in a GVS document, its source is stated next to it.

03

No compliance guarantee

The architecture reduces exposure; your counsel confirms your obligations. Nothing on this page is legal advice.

04

No capacity we do not have

GVS is small and takes delivery work selectively. A declined engagement is a better outcome for both sides than an accepted one that slips.

Commercial vertical

Buy a decision, not a discovery phase.

The shortest honest route in is a fixed-scope assessment: defined end date, written baseline, ranked backlog, yours outright whether or not anything follows.
