πŸ“ How this works β€” system architecture GVS QAS system architecture diagram: runs in your browser, stores data locally, backs up via the File System Access API, and calls the Anthropic Claude API directly using your own key.

Quality & launch readiness β€” runs entirely in your browser

Configurable quality-gate checklists, evidence-based gate review, and glass-box AI-assisted readiness scoring against a weighted rubric. Your project details, notes and results are stored only in this browser's local storage β€” nothing is sent to a GVS server. The only outbound call is to Anthropic's API, made directly from your browser using your own key.

What this offline build covers: gate checklist configuration, evidence-based review, deterministic weighted readiness scoring, AI-written plain-language risk commentary on failed/conditional gates, and a downloadable audit report. The GO / CONDITIONAL GO / NO-GO verdict is always computed on-device from your own gate results β€” the AI only explains it, never decides it. It does not include automated CI/CD integration, live CVE feeds, or multi-reviewer workflow, since those require a server.

// Step 1 β€” Project & delivery info

Basic context for the report header. This drives nothing in the scoring β€” the verdict always comes from the gate results in Step 3.

// Step 2 β€” Configure quality gates

Six default categories, weighted by risk β€” including a dedicated Test Strategy & Tooling category (functional/non-functional coverage, load model, k6/Grafana/Prometheus, Playwright). Uncheck a category if it doesn't apply to this delivery β€” weights automatically rebalance across the categories you keep. Add a custom gate to any category if your client's checklist has something specific.

// Step 3 β€” Gate review

Mark each gate Pass, Fail, or N/A, and add a short evidence note β€” what you actually checked, or why it's N/A. The AI assessment in the next step reads these notes; it does not replace your judgement.

// Step 4 β€” Glass-box readiness assessment

The GO / CONDITIONAL GO / NO-GO verdict and every category score below are computed deterministically from your gate results β€” Claude only writes the plain-language risk commentary for gates that failed or were marked N/A, and the executive summary.

// Step 5 β€” Report
