πŸ“ How this works β€” system architecture GVS CRM system architecture diagram: runs in your browser, stores data locally, backs up via the File System Access API, and calls the Anthropic Claude API directly using your own key.

Client relations & pipeline β€” runs entirely in your browser

Account tracking, sales pipeline, an engagement log, and glass-box AI-assisted account health briefing. Your account details, pipeline and engagement notes are stored only in this browser's local storage β€” nothing is sent to a GVS server. The only outbound call is to Anthropic's API, made directly from your browser using your own key.

What this offline build covers: account setup, pipeline/opportunity tracking, an engagement log, and an AI-written account briefing with next-best-actions on top of a deterministic Green/Amber/Red account health status. The health status is always computed on-device from your opportunity risk flags β€” the AI only explains it and suggests actions, never decides it. It does not include email/calendar sync, automated outreach, or multi-user CRM collaboration, since those require a server.

// Step 1 β€” Account info

Basic context for the report header. This drives nothing in the scoring β€” account health always comes from the pipeline and engagement log.

// Step 2 β€” Pipeline / opportunities

Add each opportunity. An open opportunity flagged High risk pushes account health toward Red; Medium risk pushes it toward Amber.

// Step 3 β€” Engagement log

Recent calls, emails, meetings β€” this gives the AI briefing real context for its next-best-action suggestions.

// Step 4 β€” Glass-box account briefing

The Green / Amber / Red account health below is computed deterministically from your opportunity risk flags β€” Claude only writes the relationship narrative and next-best-actions.

// Step 5 β€” Report
