πŸ“ How this works β€” system architecture IAS Asset system architecture diagram: runs in your browser, stores data locally, backs up via the File System Access API, and calls the Anthropic Claude API directly using your own key.

Asset & renewal tracker β€” runs entirely in your browser

Property, government IDs, education & certifications, and insurance/policy tracking with expiry alerts, plus a glass-box AI-assisted renewal risk briefing. Your asset details are stored only in this browser's local storage β€” nothing is sent to a GVS server. The only outbound call is to Anthropic's API, made directly from your browser using your own key. Passwords and credentials belong in IAS Vault β€” this tool covers everything else you'd otherwise track in a spreadsheet.

What this offline build covers: a categorized asset register (property, government IDs/proofs, education & certifications, insurance/policies), expiry tracking, and an AI-written plain-language renewal briefing on top of a deterministic Green/Amber/Red status. The status is always computed on-device from each item's expiry date β€” Expired forces Red, expiring within 60 days forces Amber β€” the AI only explains it and suggests what to do next. It does not include automated renewal payments, document scanning/OCR, or calendar sync, since those require a server.

// Step 1 β€” Owner info

Basic context for the report header. This drives nothing in the scoring β€” the status always comes from each asset's expiry date.

// Step 2 β€” Asset register

Add each asset with its category, reference number, and expiry date (if it has one). An item past its expiry date pushes the overall status to Red; one expiring within 60 days pushes it to Amber.

// Step 3 β€” Glass-box renewal briefing

The Green / Amber / Red status below is computed deterministically from your assets' expiry dates β€” Claude only writes the plain-language renewal briefing and next steps.

// Step 4 β€” Report
