Last updated: 2026-07-14 · Applies to gvsgroup.netlify.app and the GVS Platform, IAS Vault and CAS applications
1. Who this applies to
These terms govern your use of this website and the GVS Platform, IAS Vault and CAS Renewal Module applications ("the Software"), provided by GVS Technologies ("GVS", "we"), Bangalore, India.
2. What you're getting
The Platform, IAS Vault and CAS are all provided as self-contained browser applications, free to open and evaluate. The Platform's AI features require your own Anthropic API key, which is subject to Anthropic's own terms — GVS is not a party to that relationship. A white-label, multi-tenant, or enterprise-hosted version of the Platform may be offered under a separate signed engagement agreement — where one exists, it controls.
3. Your data, your responsibility
Because the browser-based apps store data on your own device, you are responsible for your own backups, exports, and device security. We cannot recover data you lose locally — there is no server-side copy, by design. See our Privacy Policy and Security page for the full architecture.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't use the Software for anything unlawful, or to process data you're not authorised to handle.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Software to build a directly competing product.
- Don't attempt to circumvent the encryption, authentication, or access-control mechanisms described on our security page.
5. Intellectual property
GVS Technologies owns the Software, this website, and the GVS name and branding. You retain full ownership of any data you create or store using the Software — we make no claim to it, and for the browser-based apps we have no technical means to access it in the first place.
6. "As is," honestly stated
The Software is provided as is. Where a capability is marked ROADMAP on our Capabilities section, it is not yet available — we do not warrant future delivery dates. Where a capability is marked LIVE, it works as described; if you find it doesn't, tell us and we'll fix it or tell you plainly why not.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GVS Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software. For paid engagements, liability terms are governed by the specific engagement agreement, which takes precedence over this general statement.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bangalore, Karnataka having jurisdiction, unless a specific engagement agreement states otherwise.
9. Changes
We'll update the "last updated" date above when these terms change. Continued use of the Software after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
