One architecture,
every jurisdiction.

Data-sovereignty law now reaches most of the world, and it arrived after almost every enterprise had already chosen its architecture. GVS is built so the question does not arise: the software runs in your browser or on your premises, and GVS operates no server that holds your data.
The platform
Six solution families around one browser-native core. Status is stated on every module — live means you can open it in the next thirty seconds.
Interview assessment and hiring automation — structured scorecards, evidence per competency, panel calibration.
GVS QAS
LiveQuality and launch-readiness gates with evidence-backed scoring before a release or cutover.
Open →GVS PMS
LiveProgramme management with RAID log, milestones, change control and commitment tracking.
Open →GVS Service Hub
LiveDemand and delivery management — requirements, milestones, quality gates, acceptance.
Open →GVS Daily Task
LiveDaily task log, standup discipline, RAID plan and KPI view for delivery teams.
Open →GVS IAS Office
On-device previewCDO operating cockpit — cadence, opportunities register, data-asset intake, RAID and escalation. Calendar and email sync remain roadmap.
Open →GVS CDO Command Center
LiveRole charter, deliverable ownership and KPI scorecard for delivery executives.
Open →GVS VVQ
LiveVerification and validation qualification — Q-Gate, ATDLC pipeline, defect and UAT tracking.
Open →GVS Platform
LiveThe shared core the modules run on — common design system, export model and glass-box agent behaviour.
Open →IAS Vault
LiveZero-dependency encrypted vault for credentials and documents — AES-256-GCM, WebAuthn unlock, nothing transmitted.
Open →GVS TMS + ESM
LiveTraining and employee success across a five-phase employee journey.
Knowledge AI
RoadmapRetrieval over your own corpus, executed client-side against your own model key so the corpus never leaves your perimeter. Design stage — not yet shippable.
Enterprise Analytics
RoadmapCross-module executive dashboards. Today each module reports independently; the unified layer is not built.
IAS Office — synced
RoadmapCalendar, email and document sync for the CDO cockpit. Requires OAuth and a backend, which is a deliberate architectural decision still under review.
Fourteen modules are live and openable without an account. Three are in development and marked roadmap here rather than presented as capability. Where a public demo is hosted on third-party infrastructure — for example a Streamlit-hosted preview — that demo is not covered by the zero-server position, and is labelled at the point of access. Sovereign deployment means the browser-native build or an on-premises install.
Services
Fixed-scope work with a defined end. The tools prove the competence; this is where the engagement sits.
| Offering | Shape | What you receive | Your recourse |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sovereignty & AI-governance assessment | 2–3 weeks fixed fee | Jurisdictional exposure map, AI-governance gaps, traceability requirements, prioritised remediation backlog | Rework free, or fee credited to follow-on work |
| OSS automation maturity assessment | Fixed scope fixed fee | Maturity baseline with rubric and evidence, O2A and T2R as-is maps, ranked automation backlog | Rework free, or fee credited to follow-on work |
| AI readiness assessment | Fixed scope fixed fee | Scored use-case register, data-readiness findings, governance model, one pilot with stop criteria, do-not-attempt list | Rework free, or fee credited to follow-on work |
| Delivery governance review | Fixed scope fixed fee | Independent governance findings, cadence and escalation design, corrective actions, configured IAS Office cockpit | Cockpit handed over regardless of outcome |
| Governance retainer | Monthly | Programme review on cadence, written findings, escalation access between reviews | Cancel at end of any cycle, no penalty |
| Architecture & vendor advisory | Per decision | Independent review of architecture and vendor decisions before commitment | Re-review free if the proposal materially changes |
| Executive advisory | Quarterly | Strategy sessions, board and steering readouts, transformation sequencing | Cancel each quarter, no minimum term |
| Interim delivery leadership | Time-bound | Programme leadership, PMO stand-up, multi-vendor coordination, transition to your team | Exit at an agreed gate with full handover |
| On-premises deployment | Per scope | Modules installed inside your perimeter, configured to your model, with handover documentation | Acceptance per milestone; unaccepted work not invoiced |
Fees are quoted against scope and are not published, because a number without a scope is not information. The commercial model is deliberately simple: fixed-scope assessments, cancellable retainers, and no multi-year minimums anywhere in the portfolio.
Four routes in
All low-commitment, all beginning the same way.
Direct engagement
Platform deployment and delivery straight from GVS, browser-native or installed inside your perimeter.
Prime subcontract
GVS as the sovereign layer inside a larger integrator's programme, where the prime holds the scale and GVS holds the architecture.
Channel & reseller
Partners embed and resell GVS modules within their own stack, with on-premises deployment rights.
Advisory & assessment
A scoped sovereignty and AI-governance assessment, two to three weeks, no commitment beyond it.
Each phase unlocks the next only on evidence from the one before. No phase requires a commitment to the phase after it, and every phase produces an artefact you keep whether or not the engagement continues.
Where we play
Depth is claimed only where the credentials sit. Everything else is stated as growth, not expertise.
| Segment | Position | Why GVS fits | Credential basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Telecom & network operators | Primary | OSS/BSS modernisation, autonomous networks, assurance and cutover governance | 25 years Tier-1 delivery · carrier NMS · TM Forum |
| Banking & financial services | Primary | The most heavily regulated buyers, with the clearest sovereignty and AI-governance mandates | Architecture fit · regulatory alignment |
| Government & public sector | Growth | Sovereignty is existential and foreign-jurisdiction exposure is often disqualifying | Architecture fit — no delivered public-sector engagement yet |
| Global capability centres | Growth | Multi-jurisdiction by definition, feeling overlapping data rules continuously | Architecture fit · governance experience |
Regulatory conditions differ by market and change quarterly. Nothing on this page is legal advice — confirm current obligations with counsel in each jurisdiction before relying on any architectural claim for compliance purposes.

What GVS does not claim
Stated on the portfolio page rather than discovered in due diligence.
- No published client case studies — no client has yet agreed to be named
- No delivery bench; engagements are founder-led
- No 24×7 desk, NOC or on-call operations
- No SOC 2 or ISO 27001 — there is no hosted infrastructure to certify
- Key-person risk is real and currently total
- Public demos on third-party hosting are outside the zero-server position
- No response-time SLAs, because a single practice cannot honour them
- No compliance guarantee — architecture reduces exposure, counsel confirms it
Residency is geography. Sovereignty is jurisdiction.
We build for the second one. The lowest-risk way to test that is a two-to-three week sovereignty and AI-governance assessment scoped to your jurisdiction — you keep the output either way.
